The Master of Sauce
I had the pleasure of reuniting with Master Chef Ehjiaue. She’s known by her sauces. There are five mother sauces which are béchamel sauce, veloute sauce, brown or espagnole sauce, hollandaise sauce and tomato sauce. It felt awkward talking to her because the last time we worked together I quit on her. (It wasn’t the brightest moment in my life.) But this Master Chef of sauces just took me under her wing again and I intend on making the best of our relationship so that everyone, including our clients, can benefit.
